It means, no sales calls for employers and lets jobseekers search and get alerted to new jobs without their current employer knowing. Each vacancy advertised has no employer name and when a jobseeker views a vacancy they can then decide whether to show the employer their potential interest, if they do, the employer views a synopsis of the jobseekers skills (no contact details) and can accept or reject. The jobseeker then releases full details.
