Zorce offers jobseekers and employers full anonymity, even if the employer decides to use the low-cost recruiter service "Marketplace". Like a recruitment agency, each vacancy uploaded will have no employer name or jobseeker contact details included. When a jobseeker views the vacancy they decide whether to show potential interest, if they do, the employer views a synopsis of the jobseekers skills (no name, contact details or CV) and can accept or reject. When the employer accepts, the employers company name is released. The jobseeker can then decide whether to apply for the vacancy. For employer's, it means no sales calls. For jobseekers, it means no one knows you're looking.
