It's hassle-free as Zorce acts as the broker and there's no up-front costs, as the employer is only charged 2.5% of base salary when the jobseeker starts. 70% of that fee is immediately passed on to the person who made the recommendation (we call them Zorcers). A £30K hire earns £525 in commission. Marketplace saves thousands in fees yet means employers can hire who they want.

The hiring life-cycle technology gives jobseekers and employers full anonymity, until they're both ready to take the next step. Each vacancy advertised has no employer name and when a jobseeker views a vacancy they can then decide whether to show the employer their potential interest, if they do, the employer views a synopsis of the jobseekers skills (no contact details) and can accept or reject.
